Simba .......

Even though I am still mourning the loss of Zazu I have to remember that I still have two wonderful kitty cats.

We call them the "twins" even though they were born months apart. 

We have rescued all of the cats that we have had over the years.  Most of them being feral stray cats. All but four have been indoor cats.  Ms. Junior and her brother Murphy started out as outdoor cats until we had them fixed .... that was in 2002.  Ms. Junior and Murphy lived in one part of our house separate from Zazu and Simba.  Unfortunately, Murphy passed on earlier this year leaving Ms. Junior by herself.  Since Zazu's passing we have brought her over to the other side to live with us and Simba. She is acclimating quite nicely. 

She got her name because as a kitten she looked just like Simba .... like a junior version of him.   And we didn't know at the time that she was a female.
