Anniemay; “you’ll have to say that it doesn’t really look like that”

me; “it doesn’t really look like this”

It does.  

But not for long.  Our builder friend is coming tomorrow to make magic happen with his plastering hawk (a flat square trowel thing, not a member of the accipiter family) and his paint brush.  

He’ll have a few more tools as well because the room also needs a new floor before Ma-in-law comes to stay in a few weeks time.
