Monster!

About 5.30 p.m. I was at my work desk, half way through a hunt through some files on the computer, when I found myself literally nodding off.  I woke with a jolt and figured it must be time for some fresh air.

I headed down to the Eel Hole in the hope of photographing some tuis on the flaxes.  I did manage to capture a couple but then I spotted this man frantically swimming from the monster chasing him.

I can always go back for tuis but didn't think I would necessarily find this sight again.
