Preach

This is a Preacher cake. Don't ask me why it's called that, as I have no idea. But it's delicious! It has pineapple, walnuts, spice, and a creamy, tangy, vanilla cream cheese frosting.

It may not be the best picture I've ever taken, but it's certainly one of the best cakes I've ever eaten.
Recipe here. I tweaked the recipe slightly, and instead of putting in 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, I put in 3/4 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp of mixed spice, to make it a bit spicier.
