Today started with a soggy blustery walk at Bolton Abby with the wonderful Mr Kearnes. My intellectual friend had carefully left his waterproofs in Auz before coming here!!!! What can you say? ;) I was dry under my waterproofs!!!!! ;)
We finished up with breakfast at Bean Loved before church.
A lovely start to the day ( despite the consistent torrential down pour!!!

The top photo shows a large tree that has been washed down stream and lodged around one of the bridge pillars.

My afternoon was spent baking for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner (bottom photo) at the Tucks. It was a lovely night. Good food and great company. :)
