Glass

Earlier this week I pulled a little muscle in my back and I just suffered minor discomfort until Saturday when it flared up. It has got progressively worse over the weekend. I've really not been able to do very much all day - even contemplated a visit to A&E. Paracetamol, Ibuprofen and gel has just kept me going but I think and emergency appointment with the GP will be priority tomorrow morning. 
So, today's blip is a bit of an emergency - cut glass bowl and LED light.
