Crafty

Tim and I both woke up feeling a bit coldy/buggy this morning, so decided not to go climbing.  Stayed home and got various jobs done instead, including tidying up a bit, clearing the spare room ahead of the new carpet tomorrow, and for me, breaking out the sewing machine.  I've been promising to make my friend Char a cushion for ages, and I suddenly remembered some fabric (actually an old single duvet cover) that I've been squirrelling away for years.  I also had a go at making some 'eco gift wrap' with the same fabric - the idea is for Tim and me to re-use it each year, and to stop contributing to the landfills with all our shiny wrapping paper.  We'll see how well it works....
