Bird table envy

We took Indie for a long walk this morning. As we walked out the back gate we saw two red kites  being chased off by a crow. Quite something to see. Then down by the river I saw a kingfisher whiz past.  As the weather was windy and it had only just stopped raining Ferry Meadows was rather quiet for a change. We stopped in one of the hides in the bird sanctuary.  Indie doesn't mind going in there now. The feeders were mobbed. Oh I wish mine at home were this busy. I don't know what to do to entice the birds to them, Can anyone tell me what the bird on the right is? 

Home to chores and finishing the sofa cover  will blip later in the week.
