Fruits of my labour

What an awful dreich day . Spent most of the day indoors tidying and cleaning. Commenced our 6 hour pulled pork with pears at lunch time and after salivating outside the oven door all afternoon we have just tucked in.

They say self praise is no praise ..... But it's absolutely beautiful.
