Baby Seagull
I worked with a resin kit manufacturer called Marsden Models to gather info and photographs of a Baby Seagull, a bus that was widely used in Scotland. Scottish Omnibuses had the biggest batch and when they were withdrawn they found new lives with other operators across Scotland. The real one in the pic went to Cowe of Tobermory then to MacBraynes.
It's a complicated shape to get right and their model maker has mastered a beautiful replica at 4mm to a foot scale. My example arrived last week and I couldn't wait to get started on it. I've spent many hours since Friday assembling and researching FFS871 for Port Appin's West Coast Motors.
I'll post another pic when it's completed.
