Agra

To Agra and, of course, the Taj Mahal.  Yes, it is very beautiful but I was more interested to hear the stories about the workers who built it, what it is made of (marble and precious stones!) and the fact that on Fridays it is closed to the general public so that the descendants of the builders can have sole access.  Apparently they are granted free 'Friday passes' for their lifetimes. 

Again, it was a wonderful opportunity for people watching and I watched this gent for some time as he ran his fingers over the surface and inspected the beautiful inlay work closely.

Next to the Taj is what's known as the 'Baby Taj' - another beautiful structure.

We also had a nose around Agra Fort.  And enjoyed another glorious sunset.
