Fuschia ricartonii
Otherwise known as the Hardy Fuschia. The books tell us it grows well in the west country and Ireland. Well it grows well in Western Scotland too and more particularly in The Isle of Skye where this image was taken. The shrub grows wild all over the Island. The shrubs are in full bloom from now until late summer.
