Cold Night

Made it to the cabin just before dark.
Unpacked the truck, turned up the thermostat and took Boone for a walk.
No heat when we returned.
The person who installed the system actually came out at 9pm to try and repair it.
10 miles of dirt road at night- that is more than great service.
We find out tomorrow morning if the needed parts are available or if we are headed back to the Valley of the Sun for Thanksgiving.
The good news is that the cabin is well insulated and the fireplace is on.
The bad news is that it will almost hit freezing tonight with high winds.
I plan to sleep with the hood of my sweatshirt over my head and every blanket on the bed. Lol.
Boone seems to love it. :)
