Discovery

We spent part of the day at the Udvar-Hazy Center of the National Air and Space Museum near Dulles Airport.  One of the biggest attractions is the Space Shuttle Discovery which flew on 39 earth-orbital missions, spent a total of 365 days in space, and travelled almost 240 million kilometers, (150 million miles).  That kind of distance just boggles the mind.
