Communal gardens?

We lost our house buyer last week due to her thinking we didn't have planning permission for our loft conversion but then we found the bit of paper (we are a bit slapdash) but she became uncontactable and probably up a Himalayan peak but then some previously interested people resurfaced and wanted another look today - so long as the house was empty - bit cheeky we thought. So we turfed ourselves out of our own house and went to look at the house we want to buy and had a wander. This shot is about a minute's walk from the house and we became all super keen and anxious again like you do when you visit and remind yourself why you want to buy it but are afraid things wont go to plan. And then the EA rang this afternoon and said the house turfer-outers want it and made the right sort of noises price-wise so now it is all back on track. Hurray!
