Still Down South

London Day 7


The weather forecast is for winds and storms, but there was a bright and sunny start to the day in London, so a stroll round St. James's Park and I then watched the change of guard at Horseguards Parade.

I somehow missed all the "Don't Bomb Syria" protesters who were in Whitehalll.

Trafalgar Square, the National Portrait Gallery and then Chinatown where I stumbled across a fashion magazine shoot in the street. The crew tried to stop members of the public photographing the shoot by running round holding up blankets to obstruct the view. I took a few shots, but promised not to put them on here.

Covent Garden, Tower Bridge, Tate Modern and a good hour exploring HMS Belfast before heading back to the Novotel for a run in the treadmill and dinner.

Didn't make the IWM as planned.
