Reminding Me

I can't see these peachy pink roses without thinking of mum!

I had planned to buy some in a few week's time to put on her grave. I tried hard to resist them today but I needed flowers for a course tomorrow to go along with lilies bought earlier this week. I have to buy the lilies early so that they have time to open up and I buy the roses at the last minute so that they don't!

Of all the flowers at the supermarket these were the ones I wanted. Another thing that will sadden me is that the colour will not convert well into my blip journal. This lovely rose will look dismal :-(
