Recovering

Mia has spent most of today sleeping. Her early evening seizure yesterday was followed by another at 1 a.m. She has never had two so close together before. We spoke to the vet this morning and her twice daily dose of medication has now been slightly increased.
It is very distressful witnessing a seizure, despite us knowing that she herself is unaware of what is happening to her at the time. All we can do is to make sure she doesn't injure herself and be there for her when she comes out of it.
