Winter Festival

It was Ellesmere Winter Festival and I was once more on photographic duties for it. I have to say it went well and a lot of people turned up despite the wind and rain. Photographically these are really hard work as you have almost no light and lots of movement so it is a case of 32000 iso and the wide angle wide open at F2.8.

Father X came in by narrow boat and then a lantern parade processed through town, it was all rather grand. The camera has now dried out and I am currently sorting through the 450 photos or so I took!
