Mont Blanc at sunset - not!

The pilot came over the tannoy to inform us that Mont Blanc was visible from the port side of the aircraft, bathed in early evening sunshine.  By the time I had extricated my camera from my bag, he had banked the plane to starboard thereby offering a magnificent view of the wing.  Ho hum.
