I went to Leeds via Tadcaster, just for the hell of it.

Shire horses have been delivering Sam Smith's Old Brewery Bitter (and other delectable tipples) for generations. I rang the brewery to find out their names (forget to ask the drayman...).

Apparently, Young 'Un (Jim, back in the stables) is currently in training and pulling a car tyre all round the town to "get him used to it".

Between them, they pull the best pint in the world. So there.
