An ugly tulip? Impossible!

Our weekly alphabetical challenge this week is U for ugly. I know some people would consider totally withered flowers ugly, but I don't. Just like in leaves before they fall often the colours of flower petals become more pronounced when they start to wither and pollen can take on a new shine.
