Gateway moments

A lovely day. Lunch with a dear friend, then we headed off to the Uni for a wonderful lecture on Dartmoor wildlife, with stunning photos. Back home for a coffee, then a ramble up the road and along footpaths.
Lots of time leaning over the bridge watching the river and the birds ... ambling along, chatting, enjoying the sun and the showers. A calm, peaceful day.
