Fritillary

One of my only shots today--a species of fritillary butterfly.

Tomorrow I head up into Yosemite's backcountry, to work at a place called Sunrise High Sierra Camp. I'll be out there in the wilderness until mid-September.

Backblipped a long overdue Pacific-Slope Flycatcher--a wonderful little bird that was a daily fixture on my farm.
