The spice of life

I've been experimenting with making a Cajun rub the past few weeks - what was once a Jamie Oliver recipe has been totally bastardised & I now have the perfect mix - smoked paprika, garlic, oregano, cayenne pepper, onion salt and onion powder, peppercorns, a little 'je ne sais quoi' & chilli oil to baste.

Hmmmm, deelish - these are my pork steaks, pre-cooking
