Broke.

As well a ordering a gutter frame yesterday, I also indented for an invalid table: one of those things whose feet you can slide under a chair and use to support your lap-top. It arrived with a broken bracket. A complaint to the supplier brought an immediate response, "Send photograph - we will supply replacement part." I look forward to receiving it. Unfortunately, the frame has not yet arrived. While the company seem to be on the ball, they don't publish delivery times so I have no idea when it will arrive.

Post-script: The frame arrived quite late, fully assembled and in full working order.
