WINTER ANEMONES

These (out of focus - sorry) little beauties are in flower for a second time this year. Is this normal? Has me thinking of a "Going out of business sale". Or could it be a demonstration against the kamikaze terrorists of Daesh/Isil? 
OK - silly old fart innit? But...
R, our resident Scotsman, lives with the PA to one of the very top €uropean wheeler-dealers - word has it through security channels not available to the media that she should be ultra cautious...
Guess I'm too old to be terrorised - squaddies on the street's kind of endearing!
