Night Garden : Tuesday

A very rainy morning which I spent making small gifts to hand out at our very early Tueasday Gang Christmas Lunch. (Gifts were similar to those I made last week

Went for my blood test follow up at the doctors and was shocked to hear that my cholesterol has gone up from 5.6 to 6 and because I have blood pressure problems I have to take action to lower it ... So, I'm on a mission to move around more, lower my weight and improve my fitness, no medication yet ...
