Perhaps I should have volunteered for the house sitting in North Yorks. Apparently there was a wonderful sunrise. Here it's been grey all day.

I did a quick photo detour into Stock Ghyll Woods on the way to Tesco, then returned home to get on with some of the jobs I never seem to manage when there are two of us in.
