A day of two halves

I was determined to sleep a lot today, I thought is may be easier than being awake. Managed to get to around 11am which wasn't bad.

A bit of a cry this morning, then I was determined to get busy and not think. Tidied and pottered, then out for a coffee and a wander. Spotted this Heron in the Water of Leith. I have never noticed the pretty pattern on their necks before.
Away to pull myself together for a night at a friends house.
More positivity from now on as I am loosing subscribers by the day with all the negativity around!!
