It's that time of year when parcels are always delivered on days when you're not at home!

Went out to lunch with of my lovely friends. She said many wise words and always says the nicest things. Plus she gives the best hugs too.

Mr S has been so lovely today. He's had to do a 12 hour shift but still came home with a smile on his face and arms ready to give lots of cuddles. Which is why I'm writing this down. I need to stop centring around the negative and praise the positive more. This should hopefully increase positivity and keep the dark thoughts away. Maybe one day I could actually believe the compliments pay me, instead of thinking that they are only saying it to shut me up!
