Arrived home late again from work - I'm actually quite enjoying working in the later evenings when it's quiet  and concentration and work are so much easier and more productive.

Had a meeting with the new principal today.  Positive, positive, positive.  Frustrations from the past seem to have been understood.  Empathy.  Of course, 'hearing' and empathinsing is one thing - the proof will be in the action.

Breathe deeply, wait and see what eveolves......
