Armistice Day

Armistice Day today, and it is a coincidence that my Higher class is learning about the Mass. I played them this performance of part of Karl Jenkins' Mass "The Armed Man", and they were all quite moved by the music and by the projected images during the performance. I hope that some of you check it out and feel the same.

This last minute blip is of a wee plant which grows IN my fence post. I have no idea what it is, but it always cheers me up when I come home or leave home. It is probably undermining the strength of the straining post, and I have had to stop more than one well-intentioned visitor from pulling it out. The leaves are turning bonnie autumnal colours.
