Sunset Across the Bay

When I arrived at this location, there was a kestrel hovering right in front of me above a railway line.  By the time I had switched on the camera and extended the zoom, a train approached and it departed. I waited 10 mins to see if it would return but it didn't . I went off across the golf course looking for blips and returned to the car about an hour later. Still no sign of the kestrel but the setting sun gave me this alternative blip.
