Reasons to be cheerful

The Girl Racer left us a Minion from a Kinder Egg. Who doesn't love a Minion? Did you know Kinder Eggs are banned in America? Under a law dating from the 1960s you cannot sell food with objects in them. Funny that, seeing as most American food is full of nasty stuff...

As for the rest: 

Negotiated with the vet to let Dylan out. He goes mad kept indoors. Seems so much better today thanks to the ant-inflammatories and pain killers, just keeping our fingers crossed that the test results come back okay.

Work was very busy, I shouldn't complain; the days definitely don't drag. But winter feels heavy this year, despite the fact that it hasn't really been that cold. I'm struggling to find any energy in the evenings. But we had a restful evening and perhaps that's what's needed at the moment.

Bought a load of bamboo boats on Amazon tonight.
