Face in the Window

Almost from the moment I left the house this morning I have been chasing my tail.  I had one specific thing that I needed to do this morning and didn’t really have a chance to turn my mind to it until 5.30pm .  It has been a long day.  I had agreed to take on a seemingly small job on behalf of my boss who was in London today.  In theory it should have taken me about 15 minutes, once everyone had sent me their contributions.  In reality it took me about two hours and I had  to negotiate with almost every single person to get what I needed.  They had all been informed about the task last week and  then reminded about it yesterday – but clearly to no avail. Moan over!

Home late, tea and early to bed.

I was taken by the colours in this window display as I passed by tonight (this blip doesn’t do it justice), but I didn’t really look at it properly until I had taken a photo – a face!  I might get my camera back on Thursday.  Fingers crossed, as the battery on the old one I am using is almost defunct.
