A wet morning in the park

What a difference a day makes. Yesterday we had frost and sunshine, today we had slightly higher temperatures and rain. The park was still beautiful, even in the rain. Still I decided to walk home from the hospital after my 'work out'. Definitely felt that I worked hard yesterday, but that didn't stop me from working hard again. I couldn't do much this afternoon though - did not have much energy left... Just enough to do some reading :-)
