A small reminder

I picked this today for the TinyTuesday challenge which JDO is hosting.
This little model is 5cm x 8cm and made of natural materials. It is based on a typical hut built by the gold diggers in New Zealand in the mid 1800s. The early settlers built some substantial stone cottages in remote areas which have stood the test of time, they are a tribute to their skills.
This is one of our little reminders of our time in a country we love.
