Quiet day...

on the beach. Despite it being a lovely day, the beach was empty. The tide was in and all the seal in the water. Apart from the Oystercatchers on the sandspit, centre of picture at the foot of the trees, not much moved birdwise. A group of three Mergansers flew past and a small flock of Ringed Plover flitted whenever I got close enough for a shot.
