PET scan day and since the last visit a year ago the Blue Lift to Nuclear Medicine  is still a gentle ride to the first floor but not so the car parking!
BLIMEY...poor old visitors follow a red arrow while staff follow the white arrow at F1 speeds, sucked up into the vortex of multi story carparking.

Cannot imagine how any poor soul heading there for a heart scan would cope...they would be off the chart!!
An hour of dozing after an infusion of radiotracer FDG then another 20 minutes dozing in the scanner followed by a cuppa and plate of sandwiches an absolute cake walk in comparison!

Results next week...fingers crossed.
