Experiments

James lent me a book "Understanding exposure" by Bryan Peterson. It has a lot of information about exposures and has some interesting ideas and practical exercises. So at a bit of a loss regarding todays blip, I decided just to wander on the moor and see what turned up and try some of the techniques suggested. This shot was my attempt at getting a sharp shot for most of the depth of field with a hint of the background subject. I think it's not too bad a shot for an experiment with a new technique ( which also involved using manual,which psyched me out a bit!)
