That time of year

So overwhelmingly busy right now...in my head I mean. It's that time of year (four weeks to go till we finish for the year) and I've been struggling to cope. I'm pretty sure I hit rock bottom yesterday which is frustrating after such an amazing organisation retreat weekend. But maybe the reflective moments were just enough to push me over the edge.
So grateful to my boss who has helped me to realise that it is not my job to fix everyone else's problems and that I need to leave some space for myself.
"Do just one thing for yourself every day". Today that one thing is blipping the last few photos I have fallen behind with and possibly giving my nails some attention :)
