Jingle bells

Today's been largely about Christmas. We went for a swim first, practise before Wednesdays test class. She swam very hard!! Cycled fast to church too. After church she had her first practise for the children's choir at the cafe church carol service. She's going to sing like last year but this year she's going to play her recorder for the first time in public. She's very excited!

After church she did a bit more of her Christmas shopping. We got caught in a sleety storm on the way home so snuggled with a hot chocolate and festive movie. She then spent ages learning the new notes she needed to play the new recorder piece. She's doing a great job!
