Zest

Brenda went to get some zest today. She has been referred by the GP for a Why Weight programme. Today was her initial assessment. I left her to it.

I've not been to this part of town before so I thought I'd wander for a pic. Disappointed, no street art, I saw it, the building itself! Striking colour and architecture.1874, thanks Wikipedia.
