Last week of Movember

Many moustaches are being sported as we walk around downtown. They are looking so much better than at the beginning of this month. This is for a very good cause, raising awareness and money to help battle and conquer this disease. Very cold here suddenly with flurries late Sunday, enough to actually stay on the ground (@ home but not in the downtown core). It was so warm and lovely only a week ago, now it really does seem as though the holidays are right around the corner. Lots of long meetings today, went for a quick walk at lunch in the extensive underground PATH system here, connecting all the skyscrapers without having to go outside...an indoor power walk! Off to yoga tonight, this particular class is a wonderful transition from my day to sleeping, feels oh so good.
