COLD WIND MAKES A NICE SPRAY

I was walking out the jetty, and a surfer was walking in.  He was covered with a black wet suit, and had a bright red face.  Curious as to how well his wet suit worked I asked if he got cold.  No, he replied.  But your face is red.  He says, Well I am Scandinavian.
