Not So Great

The moment when you realise, after laying 25 new tiles on the kitchen floor, that the chipboard over the floorboards that you thought was going to be a fine backing for the tiles, hasn't reeeaaaallly smoothed out the loosest boards and in a couple of places the moisture from the adhesive has warped said chipboard, meaning most of the tiles are fine, but a few are moving too much which will crack the grout and which has cracked two of the tiles, so you've got to try and lift them all again, take up the chipboard, then put some heavier duty backing down and start again... That.

Three pics shortlisted in the Seabird Centre photo comp though.

This Spider
That Mushroom
And a tree on the edge
