Nearly....

The wind had died down today, so even though it's been pretty chilly, the sun has shone and it was a perfect afternoon for a walk. 

Funny how when your goal is on the horizon, that horizon moves and these trees were always at the end of the next field! Well worth it though. Timing was important as once the sun sets, it sets quickly! My extra is the view we had on the way back. All that sun had been shining on those trees and we caught it just as it was thinking of setting for today. 

Back home and into the warm. We almost lit the log fire, but there will be plenty of time for that...
