Socks

An emmergency blip today. Firts thing this morning phoned the hospital to see what was happening and was told doctors in the middle of their rounds so phone later. #2 daughter phoned to say that they are not going to operate till Monday and she could possibly get home for the weekend. We went upto Tesco for some breakfast and shopping then came back to the house and watched the tennis as we didn't know if we would need to go to the hospital to get #2 but it is never straight forward as the cat was going to the vets in Lanark at 6.50. After finding out where it was and how to get there we at off at five o'clock and got there on time. Vet looked at the cat but culdn't find any sweling on the leg so decidd to give it some painkillers and said she thught it was on the mend. ~2 phoned us on the way home to say she was driving herself home and we wold see her at the house. They had decided the operation could wait till Monday so emergency over. We will now try and have a relaxing weekend.
