Dinner

Instructions to cook chop:
  Remove chop from packing and allow to rest
  Pre heat pan
  Brush oil on chop and season
  Cook on medium heat for 4-5 mins either side
  Remove and cover with foil loosely
  Rest for 5 mins (I will need this rest)
